Free worldwide shipping, no minimum

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we sell to. There is no minimum spend and no threshold to reach.

Dispatch takes 7 to 10 business days

Everything we sell is made after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, so nothing ships the same day.

Dispatch takes 7 to 10 business days. Delivery time sits on top of that and depends on where you are.

We would rather give you the real number than quote a fast one and miss it.

Where your order is made

We work with a network of production partners and route each order to the one closest to you. Australian orders are made in Australia. International orders are usually made in your own region, which keeps the distance your parcel travels short.

How your order is packed

Unframed prints ship rolled in a tube. Framed prints ship flat in a rigid mailer, with the artwork protected by shatterproof plexiglass rather than glass. Apparel ships flat.

Packaging is mostly card and paper. Some orders still arrive with plastic protection, and we are not going to describe our packaging as plastic-free while that is true.

International orders, duties and taxes

Because most international orders are produced in your own region, they usually arrive as a domestic delivery with nothing extra to pay.

Where an order does cross a border, any duties or import taxes are set by your country and collected by your carrier. Those charges are not set by us and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, email info@birchandbanksia.com with your order number. Send a photo if there is damage.

We reply to everything within two business days.
