When will my order ship

Dispatch takes 7 to 10 business days. Everything is made when you order it, so nothing is pulled from a shelf. Delivery time on top of that depends on where you are.

Unframed prints ship rolled in a tube. Framed prints ship flat in a rigid mailer.

What does shipping cost

Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order.

What if I need to return something

If something arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you at no cost. You do not need to post it back.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, because everything is made after you order it and cannot go back on a shelf. Ask us before you buy and we will help you get it right.

Which print size should I choose

Prints come in 30x40cm, 50x70cm and 70x100cm. A pair of 50x70s with 6cm between them is a common gallery-wall standard. If you are unsure, tell us the wall and we will give you a straight answer.

What are the frames made of

Pine, 20 to 25mm thick and 10 to 14mm wide, in white, natural timber, dark wood or black. Glazing is shatterproof plexiglass rather than glass, which is lighter to ship and safer on a wall.

What paper do you print on

250gsm matte uncoated natural white, 0.29mm thick, from forests certified under an audited management standard. There is more detail, including what that certification does not cover, on our sustainability page.
